Shipping policy

We ship our bags worldwide directly from our workshop in California USA.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

         Domestic Shipping Rates

         FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $45+  

         Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on your customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order.  Free standard shipping is only available for orders that will be delivered to U.S. addresses. Please allow 2-9 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. Although very rare, delays might still occur with standard shipping. We are not responsible for delays occurred that during standard shipping.

            International Shipping

           We offer international shipping all countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on your customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Karen's Line is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at karenslinehandmade@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
